If you live too far away to attend this event, fear not. You can always join END THE FED Boston to lend moral &/or financial support &/or you can always create an END THE FED group in your own community & have a rally in front of City Hall! Let's let our elected officials know that we are sick of the Fed's tyranny!
If you already are a member, or are going to become a member, then please help us RECRUIT!
Recruiting is not hard; most recruiting can be done via e-mail & telephone. Please write to Steven Vincent & ask him for the contact list for your state: endthefed@sbcglobal.com . You can also reach out to colleges, universities, 3rd-party groups, Campaign For Liberty (Ron Paul), peace activist groups, tax honesty groups, 2nd amendment groups, churches & any number of patriot groups. Meetup.com is a great place to find many of these groups. We also have plenty of flyers & brochures available for you to use -- THANK YOU!

In preparation for the call, I have added to the group web page, 4 new discussion topics:
1) A reminder to use the “CHIP-IN” so we can raise the money to buy supplies for the event. I have, and I hope you all will too. 2) An R.S.V.P. for people who can make it and who will have car pool space. I have a 4 seat jeep, and it will be full. 3) Media outlets you have contacted, with email or phone numbers if possible, so additional people can follow up. On my blog is a letter and all the emails I’ve sent it to so far. 4) Tools of the Trade for anyone who has additional recourses. I have already spoken with several people who are making fliers and other supplies to bring. List them here, so we will all have a better idea of what we have to work with, and what we will have left to get. I’ve ordered 2,000 business card sized “Pocket and forget” reminders to look up END the FED when people get home. JPGs of the front and back are in an album on my profile page. I also ordered several rubber stamps to graffiti money and “other” paper objects I’ll encounter.
Now the group needs to know who else is bringing what. We can discuss it tonight, or if you can’t make the call – place some updates on the group page.
Time to talk is running out. Time for action is at hand. Purchased items will have delivery times, and these need to be factored into both the cost and the deadline.
I hope you won't forget to stop by the RtR Massachusetts group and join up there. I didn't make it to the Worcester meeting today, as I decided in the end to devote my time to organizing within the RtR. However, we shall meet up soon.

Steven Vincent confirmed that the tagline for the END THE FED project would be changed to something more pro-Constitution/pro-sound-money. He also advised END THE FED members to avoid use of the word "protest" when describing the END THE FED project -- rather use terms like: rally, movement, action, cause.
Steven Vincent advised END THE FED leaders to focus on alerting their local media of the November 22nd rally, rather than concerning themselves with national media coverage.
Gary Franchi said it was permissible for activists to print out individual Republic Magazine articles to use as flyers & handouts. He said to go to http://www.republicmagazine.com & join the mailing list. After joining, members will receive PDFs for all past issues & can print out the ones they want to use. He also said that back issues of Republic Magazine could be ordered for $1.00 a piece & to put up a ChipIn (http://www.chipin.com) to raise the money to purchase them. In addition, Gary said that the upcoming issue of Republic Magazine would be a "scathing" issue covering the bailout & the Federal Reserve system.
Gary Franchi recommended http://www.alwayssign.com as an inexpensive place to get signs & banners made.
Boston END THE FED group members coordinated amongst themselves for a few minutes.
Steven Vincent asked END THE FED group leaders to announce their conference call times/dates to the Ron Paul 186 list (ronpaul-186@meetup.com) so that he can make sure that they get listed on the calendar.
Boston END THE FED member expressed concern that there were too many END THE FED organizing websites.
Steven Vincent responded that while http://www.restoretherepublic.net is the main website, END THE FED leaders can organize however they want; there is no control over which web tools they choose to use.
Steven Vincent announced that a new trifold brochure is available for use & that other flyers & artwork can be downloaded from:
http://endthefed.us/download.html
&
http://www.meetup.com/End-The-Fed/files/
Steven Vincent also asked END THE FED members to submit artwork, flyers & "propaganda" to him for review -- if approved, he will make them available for everyone to use.
Steven Vincent asked for local reports & fielded questions & concerns from various END THE FED members.
Concerning outreach, Steven Vincent advised END THE FED members not to limit themselves to Ron Paul supporters. He suggested outreach to: peace activist groups, tax honesty groups, third-party campaigns & their grassroots supporters, college & university students, etc. & that members tailor the END THE FED message for each group. For instance, he suggested that, when reaching out to peace groups, members might say: "There is no way we could have all these wars if the Federal Reserve weren't printing up all the money to pay for them." He suggested that outreach be done via: telephone, e-mail & in-person visits. He also said that he would be redesigning the language on the END THE FED website to make it more accessible to newcomers.
Steven Vincent & Wichita END THE FED member brainstormed various media outlets available for leaders to utilize:
. free local newspapers . community bulletin boards . cable TV local access . free classified listings . http://www.craigslist.com
Steven Vincent advised against using "ENDTHEFED.US" on signs & banners that might be posted in legally ambiguous locations. Rather, he advised using more generic language, such as: "Google End The Fed."
Steven Vincent advised END THE FED leaders to develop positive relationships with local law enforcement in advance by informing them of the peaceful intent of the rally & by encouraging them to remove hostile & disruptive individuals immediately.
Connecticut END THE FED member suggested purchasing a bulk ink system on eBay to save money & Steven Vincent concurred.
Steven Vincent said that the END THE FED movement will be supporting Ron Paul's timely congressional bill -- HR2755 -- which, if passed, would abolish the Federal Reserve system.
Steven Vincent announced that Presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin gave his endorsement of the END THE FED project.

Thanks for setting up the chip in page. I'm sending all the members this message:
Greetings!
Thanks to Bob we now have a "Chip-In" page, were we can accept donations to raise money to cover the costs of the promotional materials we will use on November 22nd. While we can't match the Houston event with a stage, Live Bands, and even Ron Paul as a speaker, we will make this an event to shake the foundation of the Federal Reserve!. If you can afford just $5 ~ $10, go to the END the FED Boston Chip in page, and donate now while we still have time to place orders.
